The Stour Centre is a
multi-purpose leisure centre providing facilities for sport and recreation in
Ashford. The centre boasts a new 25 metre pool, leisure water with flumes and a
raging river, state of the art 100-station fitness suite, spa, steam, sauna and
Jacuzzi.
Other facilities include Contours fitness studio, personal training,
group fitness classes, full children's programme, holiday fun camps, squash
courts, badminton, trampolining, basketball, netball, 5-a-side football, sports
halls, meeting rooms, online booking. Sports halls can be hired for events and
facilities are accessible for disabled customers.
Memberships are available,
members and non-members are welcome.The new facilities available include new
fitness studio, new leisure water complex including raging river, flumes,
Jacuzzi, spa, 23 metre pool and learner pool.
