Discover the very best the 'Garden of England' has to offer..

Beautiful tranquil 'Darling Buds of May' countryside, hop gardens, oast houses, apple orchards, picture-postcard villages and historic buildings give this part of Kent its own unique flavour.

Nostalgic steam railways, windmills, vineyards, beautiful gardens and historic National Trust properties mix easily with first class shopping, excellent places to eat and fine serviced or self-catering accommodation.

Ashford and Tenterden sits in the beautiful Kent countryside, and there is much on offer for those who enjoy outdoor pursuits, including a good range of walking, cycling, golf and fishing activities.

Whatever your interest the Ashford and Tenterden area has something for you, and it's all no more than an hour from London and the M25.  The introduction of the high speed train service now gets you to London St. Pancras in 37 minutes, or why not combine your visit to the area with a trip to Europe?  Eurostar services from Ashford International station will whisk you off to Paris, Brussels or Lille.
