Ashford & Tenterden

Steam along in style to mediaeval Bodiam Castle onboard the Kent & East Sussex Railway at Tenterden and then enjoy the animals and all the fun activites at the Rare Breeds Centre at nearby Woodchurch.  To the south, head towards Appledore and the atmospheric Romney Marsh and enjoy a trip on the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway - 'the world's smallest public railway'.  Stop off at the Singleton Environment Centre where you will find a wealth of information about conservation and the environment along with a large programme of activities for children.
